Collecting your car

When leaving arrivals, go up one level, cross over the foot bridge towards the public car park, our staff wearing BLUE uniform with FLAMENCA CARS written on their front and back will meet you next to the ticket machine across the glass footbridge.

Please call us on 0034 604 259 262 once you reach security (if you do not have baggage) or at the baggage reclaim if you have luggage to advise our staff that you have arrived.

This will be their signal to drive your car to the car park. They do this last minute for you to avoid any extra airport parking duties to pay.
If on the very rare occasion they are not waiting for you, they won't be far away, so please wait next to the ticket machine for them.

On return of your car

Please call us on 0034 604 259 262 when you are 10 minutes away to inform us you are approaching the airport. This gives us 10 minutes notice to head up to the car park to ensure our staff in BLUE (FLAMENCA CARS) are waiting for you when you return.
Please follow the signs for the PUBLIC CAR PARK, this is the first car park on your left as you drive down the ramp. As you enter the car park, please go to the barrier on your FAR RIGHT, take a ticket and drive up to LEVEL 5 Zone B, where you collected your car, our staff wearing a BLUE uniform with FLAMENCA CARS written on it will be waiting to take the car from you. 

While you unload your luggage from the car our staff will check the fuel gauge to ensure the car is returned as received.

After the fuel has been checked you will be able to make your way to departures.

Please contact 0034 604 259 262 if you are running earlier or later than your original stated drop of time.

Please return the car in a reasonable condition or the hirer will be charged for a full valet clean from 50€ depending on condition and extent

Please remember that you are required to refuel your vehicle and return as received. Faliure to do so will result in a charge of the cost of refuelling plus an administration fee of 30€

Collecting your car

Our staff will be waiting for you next to the ticket machine and they will be wearing BLUE uniform with FLAMENCA CARS written on their front and back. Our staff will then show you to your car and talk you through both your car and your rental so please also have your driver’s licence ready for us.

On return of your car

Please remember to return your car at the times you stated on your booking, if you happen to be running late or early please just give us a call and let us know 

0034 613 902 832 / 0034 603 394 790 or you will incur a 30€ fee for returning at the incorrect time.

You will need to follow the signs for the public car park, once inside the car park you will need to park your car in Zone B. If you are unable to see our staff member please call us on the Murcia telephone number that is located above and on your keyring.
